From the centre of Pitlochry go north on the main street (Atholl Road). Just after the "The Auld Smiddy Inn" restaurant on the right, turn right into Larchwood Road (junction is just before white cottage with red roof). Follow this road up the hill, being careful when the road bends left and then right. The next road on the left is Dixon Terrace (you should see our sign on the fence on the corner) and The Dell is approximately 100 metres on the left.
